In August we went to The Water Mine with my visiting teachers. The kids had a blast. Emily mastered the big slides all by herself and was swimming in the water. Thomas mastered the frog slide and probably would have stayed there all day if I'd let him. It was great. Lake Fairfax also has a carousel and boat rides free with admission to The Water Mine. We did both of those. It reminded me of last summer when we went camping with the Nowlands. It's nice to think of warmer weather now that it's gotten cooler here.

I loved this blog. I know that my kids will watch it many times after their naps! We had so much fun there. This summer we are due for another Weber/Nowland camping trip. The question is will it be on the east or west coast?
