We had the opportunity to bless CJ on May 4, 2008...his daddy's birthday. This was a special treat for him (Chris)...after all Liz got to share her birthday with Emily so it was only fair that Chris share his with CJ. We were pleased to share this experience with much of our family and many friends as well (see pictures). Unfortunately not all of our family and friends could make it, so here are some photos for those of you that were not able to attend.
Most said it was a beautiful blessing. Afterwards, much of the extended family got up and bore their testimonies; both Liz and Chris bore theirs...we were almost able to get Emily to say something as well but she got shy at the last moment. After the meeting we took a bunch of pictures at the chapel and then proceeded home where everyone was treated to a nice meal.
